How to Book

Termly Riding lessons and BHS Pony Stars and BHS Challenge Awards 

If you’d like to book regular termly riding lessons or take part in the BHS Pony Stars or Challenge Awards Clubs, please follow the steps below.

1. The first thing to do is to create an account on this booking system and add your child as a rider. This will allow us to understand the weight/height and ability of your child and to know if we are able to match them to a suitable pony/horse.
2. Email equestrian@st-teresas.com to register your interest in our regular termly lessons.
3. When a space opens up, the office will liaise with you regarding what availability we have and will get you booked in.
4. Your child's riding slot will be at the same time, on the same day every week for the school year. Termly lessons run for 10 weeks of the term and riders are expected to commit to all 10 lessons in order to qualify for a discount.
5. You will receive an invoice through the Booking system for the termly lessons. If you would like to pay by Childcare vouchers, please email us so we can raise a separate invoice.

• It is possible to book one of the termly riding slots as an ad hoc lesson when there are cancellations. 
• Please go to 'Make a Booking' on the home page and click on the What's on Week/Month to see what private lesson availability there is.
• You can book these directly on the system as long as your child is registered.
• IMPORTANT: Please notify the office if booking less than 48 hours in advance, by emailing equestrian@st-teresas.com. This will enable us to ensure that we have a suitable pony/horse available.

Holiday Activities

All riders between the ages of 6 and 18 can book onto our Holiday Activities. If you have any issues then do get in touch as sometimes activities may not be visible due to age/ability/horse availability.

Please follow these steps to create a booking:

1. Create an account on this booking system and add your child as a rider.
2. Click on the 'Make a Booking' tab on the home page. Then click on What’s on Week/Month' to see an overview of the activities for the holidays.
3. Click on the Activity you are interested in and then follow the instructions.
4. You can make payment directly through the booking system.
5. If you would prefer to pay by childcare vouchers, do let the office know and we will do the bookings for you and send through an invoice.
